Prosperus Consulting provides professional organisational consultancy services to individuals and organisations. We specialise in working with the complex dynamics, assumptions and behaviours inherent in workplaces and are skilled in working systemically to effect change.
Led by Julie Marshall (MA Consulting & Leading, BA Business & Management) and supported by a small team of professional associate consultants, Prosperus Consulting has experience of working at senior levels within private, public, and third sector organisations. This means that we have real-life practical knowledge and experience of leading complex, high performing teams and managing change processes.
Here at Prosperus Consulting we are passionate about creating effective leaders, strong cohesive teams, and positive work cultures. This means that we work with a range of clients from different levels of the organisation, and who come from a wide variety of organisational backgrounds.
Some of the people we have worked with include Board Trustees, Directors, Head Teachers, Chief Executive Officers, Academic staff, HR Managers, and various operational teams. Our organisational consultancy work is always tailored to the needs of the individual and organisation but examples of what we have focused on include developing leadership ability, improving authority and decision making within role, strengthening team relationships, and supporting change processes.
We always work with you to co-create what would make a difference to you and your organisation and as such, we work in partnership to arrive at practical, on the ground solutions.

Julie Marshall
Having worked at Executive levels and led successful teams in a variety of settings, Julie is experienced in developing leaders at all levels of the organisation.
She is part of a professional consultancy network and therefore regularly works with others to support the work of leadership and team development, as well as working collaboratively together on projects.
Julie is particularly interested in developing leadership at all levels of the organisation, as well as supporting businesses to recognise the importance of leadership in achieving the organisational task and its role in promoting positive work cultures.
